Dr. Sostrin has been practicing veterinary medicine since 2001. While completing her undergraduate studies, she adopted three ill kittens. After spending much time at an animal emergency hospital, she changed her major from pre-med to pre-vet! While Dr. Sostrin appreciates all aspects of her job, she especially enjoys internal medicine, endocrinology, dentistries, and working with exotic animals. When she's not practicing medicine, she enjoys reading, traveling, cooking, and rebuilding her new home. Dr. Sostrin is the owner of a rescued Pomeranian cross named Rico who was found wandering the streets of East Los Angeles. He travels with her everywhere in his own special car seat, loves to eat, and fully enjoys his new life as her pampered pet.
